I can't see how one could Carl's boat was illegally moored, as it is in an open area of water and not blocking anything and I am aware of no bar on mooring. Correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks! I won in civil and criminal court.After being confronted with the actual "law" and the evidence that they, wile doing this could actually be killed with impunity. (They are in the act of committing a "crime") Well, needles to say, they have not come "visiting" in a long time.

As for pump-out, didn't you see me give the cop a pump-out receipt?

As for paying, I have rented a slip at key west bight for 8 years, just ask the dock-master about me.

As for the mooring field, just ask officer Gomez and he'll splane it to you. (or see my "police raid #2 witch I won in criminal court, or police raid #3 witch I won in civil court.)

Why don't you get a GPS and enable the "breadcrumb" mode - when they come next time, and contest it, you have the logs as evidence for court later to show your exact GPS position

I won in court,,, twice! the cops know (now) that they were committing a crime. they know that if I killed one of them, the other would be guilty of murder because they are responsible for ALL that happens during that crime.

Needles to say,,, they don't come around any more :)

the cop talking seems decent but it's fucking bullshit, no one OWNS the water. It is GODs land not the government.

You cant escape the thugs even on the water anymore. I have been harassed by marine patrol many times. They just drive around harassing everyone on the water at random and some days if you are lucky they don't stop you. Other days they stop you and make you show your papers etc really they just want to look in your boat and shake you down.

Like being in Ohio and getting a ticket from a Texas cop for parking in front of a fire-hydrant, when you're not in front of a fire-hydrant and not in Texas ether.

I don't see anything that would be considered a "raid". It seems to be a fairly pleasant exchange with nobody throwing their weight around. Seems like nothing more than getting a parking ticket.
