I like everything abt this phone, its feature packed, but the inner QWERTY keypads are very difficult to type with. Yep... definitely needs to keep the cell onto a table to type. Otherwise, I love this phone. A pity that the keypads are not comfortably soft.

This model, is still easy. On the 9500 it had a joystick which was good. Also smaller keyboard will make it harder to type.

also, word, excel and ppt r great to wrk with using the inner screen... even emails, gps, images, movies and games look amazing in the inner screen...

For some tasks, such as web browsing, the inner screen is ideally suited, whereas if you just need to check an incoming text, you can do that on the outer screen, without opening it up.

why are they always soooo huge,they cant make the keyboard a little smaller? come on! they also need to have put a touch screen on to make internet browsing easier
