are there any waterfalls there you can jump off of? into water that is...

I don't know if I would want to jump off this falls. As you can see, it's very rocky. the upper falls were sort of accessible but small. You might want to pick up Scott Brown's Pa Waterfalls book. He's really the guru of the falls. There is a series of falls at George Childs State Park. The middle 1 was 55 feet and we saw people jumping from them. That seemed a bit scary, but it was open enough for them to do it (not me!)

Is that 55foot one this one listed below? Because i have been to this one and its 55 feet. And like 2 miles from George Childs State Park.

I'm sure it is. I've seen people go off at Ricketts Glen as well (on video). There are a ton of falls throughout the Poconos. Were you at Indian Ladders Falls? I have video of those. You might be able to do the first 1. If memory serves me right, the 2nd 1 is a slide (if you want slides, you can do 7 Tubs by Scranton - I have video of that, too).
