  • I am lined up for a driving job, but my blood pressure needs to go down. Im working on it to get it down. And Im not giving up.

  • @haynes1776 dont either... work towards and sooner or later you will behind the wheel "sitting on the line," good luck

  • Thanks man but in the U.S. we do 11 hours plus give me some info on your countries regs?

  • @mobilechief , we can do 13 hrs in total but must have a 1/2 break after each 5 1/2 blocks...safe driving dude...

  • I like your video. Its good that you want to encourage drivers to take better care of themselves. I myself as a driver had setbacks due to blood pressure but I did somethiong about it. And while waiting to be loaded or unloaded I worked out instead of being in the sleeper all day. I had no tv so I just got out and worked out. Keep up the good work.

  • @haynes1776 that’s massive, great work. Keeping fit is a big problem for truck drivers, and doing as you do... going for a walk, pumping out some exercises etc all helps. Great work bro.

  • NuWave Oven or Super Wave Oven ? I was wondering if any drivers have used these things instead of Microwave ovens or toaster ovens. If they do everything an oven or microwave can while using the same amount of power, I can't imagine why drivers aren't snatching these things up. Theres a great deal of things you can cook and more healthier. So does anyone use these things in the truck ??

  • @KDTDECA4 After 14 hrs on duty, driving or non-driving, you got to have a break. My theory is to run hard the first couple of hrs on your 11 with the exception of stopping for a quick 5 min restroom break, and for re-fueling which takes 5-15 min depending on how long you wait in line to fuel. as far as breaks are concerned, i like to take a two-hour break and get a hr nap in. then keep rolling until my 11 runs out or I get tired and call it a day.

  • @KDTDECA4 Thank you. My stepdad is helping me in seeing a doctor and getting my meds. in the meantime I am starting back working out.

  • Thanks for the info friend!
