  • I don't know if I like this Orin more than Steve Martin's. Steve's was funnier, but this one's eviler... If that's a word.

  • more evil*

I know what you mean... kind of. I think Ima have to say I like Steve Martin's more though... Ah. =]

  • Singing Christmas Carols while stuffing body parts into a plant. . . not creepy at allll.

  • The girl friend, Audrey, is played by veteran character actress Jackie Joseph. She appeared in several classic tv sit-coms in the 60's, provided voices on the Josey & the Pussycats animated series, and was married for a time to another comic actor, Ken Berry.

  • Hooray for Jack Nicholson 06:44

  • @depression11115 I don't think his name is Orin here. His name is Dr. Farb

  • @pgh45rpms i remember she also had a cameo on the Andy Griffith Show as someone's girlfriend...

  • Same here....I find it funny

  • ok so i havent seen any other scenes in in this movie s o it starts out with seymour singing christmas carols and shoving a foot in twoey's mouth...

  • The feeding scene is pretty grotesque but a little dramatic since Gravis saw everything. It also expresses how money can be the root of all evil when we become unethical to run our businesses. The dentist doesn't seem that intimidating or funny as Orin but manical none the less as required for the character. I enjoyed Jack Nicholson's portrayal of Wilbur Force; he really was a glutton for punishment there and the deadpan delivery was the crowning achievement.

  • The dentist in this is much creepier =(

  • It's a shame the jack niclason part isn't in the stage musical
