  • you know that red line is there for a reason? right

  • @kenny10rendon haha, ya that was the redline for the car's original engine though on the gauge

  • is 92 the HP?

  • @GabMesIRT heh no its a 1992 car, the hp is rated at 200 stock, think i dyno'd to the wheels 175

  • Have you heard this car is still slow as fuck?

  • @Duwerke24 no, it was one of the quicker rusty, rattle canned, bondo turds in town

  • Granny shifting.

  • @SuperElbastardo its too bouncy to really tell.but the point is to stay in vtec. so if you shift earlier and you arent in vtec that would be slower than shifting late INTO vtec. idk if that is what is happening or not but just a thought

  • @Bamavol89

You are right but look at the acceleration after redline, then you know my point :) No hate.

  • @SuperElbastardo He has a COMPLETELY different engine in his car.the stock redline is like 7200 i believe.I may be wrong on that though. so if somebody has a built engine than the redline goes up because the engine can withstand it.so the stock redline doesnt come into play anymore. Say somebody puts a h22 in a hf crx but keeps the stock tach. the redlines are completely different so you would ignore the stock tach. The more you know

  • @oomgloff2

that does not change the fact that your best shiftpoint is not in the red section. I dont know your engine nor gearbox but make a vid where you try to shift at about 6.500 you will see :)

  • @DjDylansaurus You deserve to be drop-kicked in the throat by a mule. The MX-5 is considered by many true car enthusiasts to be one of the greatest sports cars of all time. "Sport" isn't about going fast in a straight line, any idiot with power can do that, it's about its ability to inspire joy while ripping down twisty B-roads. Few cars do it as well as the Mazda. You, sir, are not a petrol head.

  • @kenny10rendon who looks at the redline, just listen to your motor and keep your eyes on the road

  • mad haters. that shit's cray.

  • The H22 is great. I love the K20 a bit more like in my turbo RSX-S

  • @rampag3snyper7 Windscreen where i come from NZ rep
