Dinner: Impossible | Major and Minor League Spring Training

On this episode of Dinner: Impossible, Robert Irvine is given the challenge of making a baseball meal in Clearwater, FL, for the Philadelphia Phillies major and minor leagues during their spring training, the only time they get to practice together. Irvine has 7 hours to make a meal for 200 ball players, using "Major league" ingredients and "minor league" ingredients. The catch here is, he has to make the major league meals on the "major league" equipment, and the minor league meals on "minor league" equipment. Breaking a rule gets a strike and that dish must get tossed. Same thing on two strikes, but if Robert Irvine gets three strikes, he fails the mission. The question is, can Robert and his team make this meal a grand slam or will he "strike out"?

With the exception of the terrible equipment, I think the minor league ingredients have one huge advantage: nostalgia. Most families buy those products because they're affordable. If they made home style favorites, then the dishes would work! They need to think etouffee and gumbo, tuna casserole, mac & cheese, stew, etc. I think that comfort food always has a shot over high brow food.

@sirlaps if you had a directors account before the update you keep the privilege to have no max file size limit. They used to have different catagorieze for like musician, directors etc.
