This is a GS drill progression from "3 by 3 rhythm changes" on the flat slope to the same drill at higher speed on a steeper slope. At first we look for really clean edges and engagement of the tip of the ski. This drill develops fast re-centering, coordination and feel for the skis. I do it here on 191 cm GS skis.
