Dr. Michael Smith from Christie Clinic's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology discusses an Endometrial Ablation with Anne Dill. This procedure is an alternative, for woman past the child bearing age, to having a hysterectomy. Endometrial Ablation uses an instrument in the uterus to burn the lining and stops a woman's ability to have a period. The procedure requires no incisions making recovery time quicker and less painful.

Wow! This doctor was good! He gave some good information on Endometrial Ablations. Good layman's information. In a news format that is given for a wide based audience. Short and sweet but with no visuals of the uterus.
