@youhastas No, this came out a year after the KLF track. It's sampling KLF. In fact some reasons of the Heart Beat single list the KLF members as the writers of the song!

@r8448 Yeah you could say that, but I remember an old Siouxsie & The Banshees song where she sings "Trance Dance" too, and that was the late 70's!
