Thought I'd got a bargain with my 50d from these people then found out why... Came in a box which was 'part' of a kit. I was then told by email that this is how they sell them so cheap. Wont use again!

Many thanks for your comments. The act of offering body only buying options, formerly part of kits, ensures that we are able to provide our customers with the lowest price possible. In essence all that is being done here is removing the camera box from the promotional outer sleeve, the camera box itself is never touched. This does not invalidate any warranties and has proven a popular way in which to offer the best price possible. We apologise for any misdirection or issues that this has caused.

Went into the shop the other day and was overwhelmed by the range of products, thankfully there was someone knollegeable to help me pick out what i needed. very happy with the service here and as its so easy to get to i'll probably be a regular face to the staff.

Why is the quality of your video advertising Park Cameras so abysmal? Surely with all the top quality equipment at your disposal you should have done better.Please let me know what video camera was used,so that i can avoid buying that model. Many thanks,E Howard.

It seems from their reply to me that this is how they operate, I recieved my canon 50d in a kit box with the flash part of the kit missing, this was not how it was advertised so i would ask them before you make your purchase. Good Luck

Thinking of buying from Parkcamers (cheapest price I have found IN THE UK for a certain camcorder I want)... excuse my ignorance, but do you mean your camera didn't come in the original box/packaging? If so, do Parkcameras send all goods out like that? I would prefer all original packaging/box etc.

Yes, that is fine and very thoughtful of you... however, you should really add those comments to your advertisements as in my case I would have walked down to jessops and paid £20 more for the correct packaging. There was no indication of your practice on the product page and as of today there still is no mention. It might be cheaper but I find this very misleading.

fantastic video.how i wish i could go there and try the dslrs out.well will be watchin out on offers on your canon lenses.what's the warranty on your ex display and unboxed canon lenses anyway?
