a visit to the house where Joan of Arc was born... A sacred area which is really worthwhile to visit, very restful and quiet place...

  • "Now she's in Heaven

No more tears will ever dim her eyes

    She's with the Savior

Where no pain will ever make her cry

She's by the Tree of Life

It's leaves have healed her of all fear and strife

Now she's in Heaven her long awaited home"

It was an honor... good bye, Joan of Arc. Good bye, France (843-1957†).

  • Lovely video:). I'm hoping to visit Joan's birthplace on January 6th 2012, the 600th anniversary of her birth. I gather her birthplace is now a museum. Can you tell me a bit about visiting the museum, please? Is it open on a Friday? (Jan. 6th will be a Friday). What is the admission fee? What else is there to see in Domremy related to Joan of Arc? Are there many places tourists can stay in Domremy? Is it easy to get from Domremy to Rouen, to see where Joan died? Any information appreciated:)

    ????!!!

  • Thanks so much for uploading this video. I have always wanted to see Joan's house.

  • @chubsoda How many hours drive from Paris was it? Are there any other forms of transport there? I can drive but I'd rather it be a last resort as I've never driven abroad and the thought is a tad daunting to say the least :) I will do it if I have to as I really need to see this.
