This video is showing that my charger does not work properly. The reading should be about 59v, it is too week to charge the 48v battery. This video is evidence for the person I purchased my Battery and Battery Charger from. They sent me another one, I have the same result :(

I like the ammo can battery box. I have a lifepo4 battery from the same company and the charger lasted less than a day. Something inside the charger popped, and there was a flash of light from inside, and then smoke.

Oh and I run at a total of 48v at 14Ah Full power when batteries are 100%. Find sellers website by writting 'v power hk', google it. I'd love to have a 48v 20Ah battery but are TOO expensive compared to my SLA's

People a 48v battery will not give you 58.4v in any way!.. are you nuts or something? ALSO the seller states that his battery will give 53.8v and you get 53.6v which is not very different. By the way I'm running on SLA (4x 12 + 4x 12, two packs of 48v) and I'm running to simular voltage, I've got 1000w motor kit. My charger is a chinese made.. with about 55v output without load, although its stated that it should output 59v +-0.5v when its in charge, but never seen kind of voltage.

A fully charged 48 volt lifepo4 pack should read about 58.4 volts right off the charger. What charger did you end up buying ?
