holy shit man, idk if you'll do this but can u get me a good benching plan. i cant find any good ones on line, it all has a repeat of the same ammount of reps and sets every week. i think there suppost to change every week.
Great video! But, when you squat you should really consider wearing a training belt to prevent from getting a hernia. Also with hang cleans and power cleans if you ever do those. Great video though! Keep up the great work!
