Cooking a traditional Berber tagine

Here in La Maison Arabe, Marrakach, Mohammed and the cutest little old lady possibly in the world, tried their damnedest to teach me how to cook a tagine. It was wonderful in the end.

absolument, je suis allé a des restaurants libanais au Canada histoire de découvrir la cuisine arabe, c’était décevant. Heureusement qu'il y avait des restaurants marocains. La différence est inouïe. Le gout des aliments n'est pas efface par ceux des épices, Un vrai régal. Merci Amazgha.

The best cuisine worldwide is the Berber Moroccan cooking, and the worst cuisine worldwide is the Arab cooking .. sorry but that is my experience :D

it gonna be more delicious, especially, with lkhbaz ( bread), and of course, using your hands is the perfect way to test the sweetness of Tajin.....

@MHumberto well actually tajin is the container and we say TAJIN WITH MEAT or TAJIN WITH CHICKEN...... it depends but generally tajin is the container ! enjoy our Moroccan food : D

tajine has to be eaten by the hand not fork which is the way u eating is pointless u wont enjoy it but anyway seems good and i would just jump on it and finish it by myself lol
