Nigel's Walk-off Homerun in All Stars

This is the final 1/2 inning when Nigel hit a "walk-off" homerun in 2005 when he was 12. It came with a full count and two outs in the bottom of the 6th and beat Palos Verdes 6-5 in the first game of the District 36 Little League All-Star Tournament. This El Segundo, CA team went on to win the 10-team district tournament, advancing to the Sectionals.

What a shot at the end, w/#1 CF his head down and in the background at home plate the celebration for El Segundo. Brings back lots of memories from my son's LL career. Lots of joy and tears. Kids play w/their emotions right on their little sleeves.
