At 5:28 the Commander Ghulam Yahya is the same guy who started fighting the Americans and the corrupt local govt of Herat in 2006 and eventually got killed in 2009/10. Ghulam Yahya Akbari,, he was not related to Taliban. But the media refered to him as the "Tajik Taliban"!
