Five Flaws of Bully: Scholarship Edition

Note that these aren't really glitches just elements of the game that defies reality and logic.

Responses to people who have found flaws in my flaws:
1:
-He wasn't opening the hole in his underpants because he moved his hand in a downwards motion and if you turn up the volume you can hear the sound of a fly being undone.

2:
-Yes it's a video game so he can survive a lot of things but that still doesn't make it make any more sense compared to real life.
-While it's true that he only survived the fall off of the building because he kissed a girl and since when does making out increase the durability of the human body?

It's alot more realistic than gta 4. How does Niko fit an RPG in his coat pocket along with like 10 other weapons? How does eating food or drinking cola suddenly heal his bullet wounds? How does he get out of prison the next day? How can you try a mission more than once? Why do the cops forget about you if you hide long enough? How do you come back to life after dieing? The answer to this my good friends is it is JUST A GAME!
