my theory is when "rachel"see's herself on the screen and goes all quiet,she does not see herself but another b/g "floossy" coming along to steal her thunder and worst of all to steal her "big daddy"..you both have a rare gift of true love together..i could watch your vidios all day.please do some more,even if its only the two of you just reading "the new york times"and "rachel"in a quiet mood,we "you tubers"carnt get enough of your adorable relationship together.....

Oooh my gosh she is absolutely ADORABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could watch this video a million times over and over again and not get tired!! Could listen to Rachel for hours!! She is sooo cute and funny!!!! That laugh of hers is just toooo funny and it's like she'd really be laughing at the stuff herself because it fits in the situation so well!! LOL! And all the other things she says....so cute and funny!! And she speaks so clearly and seems so happy!! Clearly has a happy home! :))) Please post more!

My brother had a cockatiel and was advised to put her in a dark room with a record or with him alone if he wanted to teach her to talk. They seem to be more comfortable talking in the dark.

We have had our b&g April since she hatched she's now 16 .....gotta say the older she gets the less shes talking, but that may have something do do with the fact we have 3 other parrots so she has flock ! Rachel is wonderful love to hear her talk. Shannon

You two have such an amazing relationship. I got a yellow naped amazon parrot last year, and I love him dearly. He is estimated to be 50-55 years old. I wouldn't trade having him in my life ever. he has a wide range in his vocabulary, but getting him to use it is another story. He says what he wants when he wants. Keep posting videos because she is amazing in so many ways. Its great to see how you two love each other.
