Operation Fit to Fight (OPF2F) is a pre-mobilization or pre-basic training fitness and nutrition program designed to provide National Guard fitness instructors and Soldiers safe and specialized health and fitness programming in order to dramatically increase fitness levels, ready Warriors for the physical demands of combat, and to reduce training pipeline losses caused by fitness test failures and health-related injuries. OPF2F was tested at Camp Shelby, Miss., with the 1/155th Infantry Battalion on 05 June 2009.
