Glen Rock PA flooding - with a "water rescue"

9/7/11 - at times torrential rains overflow the local creeks, causing flooding. At the heart of Glen Rock the creek normally runs many feet below the concrete embankment, but the rains couldn't be contained today.
As I was filming this I watched some of the local firemen assist a woman across the water rushing through the street to higher ground. The street and sidewalk were completely submerged.
