turbina a gas-gas turbine Galiazzo Alberto - Martini Alessio

prototype of a homemade gas turbine based on an old (1977) Holset turbocharger (from a 360cv Iveco Eurostar). This video show first run (July 2006 @ 23.30 in Treviso(IT)). This gas turbine works with propane taken from a 15kg bottle and runs at about 60000rpm. It's WITHOUT afterburner or nozzle. This engine will be available (with some improvements) for students/curious at Pordenone University (ask for prof. Mauro Reini or email me at gale77@tiscali.it).

Thank you. We got some problems with oil line of our new TG engine since it stops when we start to pupm oil seriously. We added a regulator yesterday night to solve it, this evening we will do a third engine run, if it work good we'll post new video ASAP
