Usually thats the worse because your body is detoxifying lol I've been on this once before now but the headaches go away after a couple days

I decided not to finish only because my body freaked kinda...my head was always spinning and headaching...work felt like 15 hours long! I couldn't get through the day fast enough. So now I'm really focused on a healthy diet and exercise- cliché, I know. hah
