advance to continueous chain punchining because when ya stop to see whats going on in a fight ya yet hit because too much hesatation it is ok to think but it should be spent on how to attack continuousely thats why its caled the chain punch because all attacks are linked to geather. punching in three's has its use but I reckon at least 5 min steady chain punching is good habbit if done correctly
