This car is a Kia Optima (many parts). Is tesla woring woth Kia for parts or is this a Tesla mock-up using an Optima as it's base?

Personally I think a touchscreen console as cool as it is, is a terrible idea. Really
not intuitive and terribly dangerous compare to standard sliders/knobs. You can't perform any
tasks on it without looking at it for the whole operation making this a hazard. Imagine this thing lighting up in the middle of the night after driving for hours. We need a real smart car that can truly manage temp control,defrost etc... on it's own or at least have voice activation.

The touchscreen is not really that innovative. They should've went with the lastest software that Apple designed for the iphone 4S called Siri. So you can just press a button and give any kind of commands instead of being distracted by the touchscreen.
