Competitive Sustainable Manufacturing

The aim of the research project is to develop a new production concept and to explore its challenges and new business opportunities.

The developed concept should: significantly reduce the inflow of subcontracting companies to developing countries, maintain the top-level expertise of domestic manufacturing companies, create a new more cost-efficient business concept

The new business concept is aimed at system integrators and their module manufacturers and, on the other hand, to the eco-factory level reaching the small-business entrepreneurs. Hotel complementary knowledge creates opportunities for new innovative products and services.

The CSM-hotel -project aims not only to gain knowledge from the research, but it should also be brought to the attention and use. In this study we are developing to SME's a clear and fast reform model of competitiveness, which allows SME's to achieve high-speed impact and the processes of renewal.
