Thanks for posting. Had the privelege of seeing Floyd Dixon perform once in the mid 80's. Amazing live performance. Opened for Bill Doggett. At a small club called JJ's in Mountainview CA. All the blues greats would play there when they came to town.

Yeah man, you said it. As I was compiling the graphic panels--I had to stop and catch my breath, and wipe away a tear or two as I thought yet again about not having Sam Myers as a constant presence on the blues scene here in DFW. They'll be missed.
