A1 60163 Tornado: An Amateur Basher Photo Montage

The A1 Steam Locomotive Trust's A1 Peppercorn Pacific 4-6-2 number 60163 Tornado has concluded another successful year of running, in 2009. From August 2008 to the present, she has certainly attracted a great deal of attention, including national coverage in the media. Whenever and wherever Tornado has been, she has managed to attract crowds by the thousands.

It is therefore fitting that I conclude my 2009 video programme, with a montage of photographs taken in January, March and October 2009, of 60163 at the following locations:

1) National Railway Museum, York
2) Northallerton (The Tyne Tornado)
3) Severn Valley Railway

The severn valley?

Good photos would have liked to have heard some sound effects of steam and whilstles. But good advertisment of the severn valley!
