This time Mark's auto sales with salesman Casswell is number 2 on the list. Casswell lied to me and others and a few people got ripped off badly including me. They filled the car I bought with gear oil so the car wouldn't burn or leak oil for the test drive, and I got yelled at for scanning the car on the test drive at Advanced Auto. I found out a month later after the car died what they did to the car, and they did not help me out at all.

Also I test drove a Buick there and the brakes didn't work good at all. It took me a half a block to stop from 35 MPH and the brake light was on but Casswell claimed the E-brake caused the light to come on, and he claimed the car worked perfect before we test drove it so we must of broke it, which was not the case. I'm posting these videos to show the con artists around here and I have more than enough evidence of this. I'm just trying to keep folks safe, Thanks for watching.

  • similar dealership here 'long creek motors' that is nick named long crook because of shoddy practices. friends have bought cars, had transmissions go, heads lead, etc. parents bought a sunrunner from them, got it home and the clutch went.

  • Filled it with gear oil so it wouldn't burn oil, that's really low :( I know where your coming from, if I ever buy another car I'll steer clear of dealerships. They'll tell you anything to sell the car to you. With my car the guy said "don't worry we'll take care of the cambelt, don't worry about the cambelt, I've been selling cars for 15 years everybody trusts me." So then I take the car home to discover they've stamped on the sales receipt "customer to check replace cambelt."

  • The car also somehow passed its mechanical check from a place the dealer recommended (stupid I know) with the back tyre down to the wire, and a hole in the front tyre. The front door was hanging off (stuff they said they'd fix) So anyway to sort it all out had to buy 2 new tyres. Also promised to supply a jack tools but didn't. Anyway I think if you buy a used car you have to pretty much ignore everything the sales people say and get your own mechanic to tell you what the REAL deal is with it :)

  • Hahaha, keep up the good work, you are talented!

  • Where is this auto dealer?

  • @1997FordProbeGT, I tried but it did not turn out with no proof, next time I test drive or buy a car I'm video recording and tape recording EVERYTHING for proof!
