Demonstration of "IceWings" -- a high-performance accessory for the sport of curling. Attaches to any curling brush and works by using curved patterns and aerodynamic principles to reduce the air friction on a moving curling rock. A stone being brushed is travelling on nearly frictionless ice pebble through cold air (which is denser than warm air) just above the ice surface. Reducing air pressure may add several inches (testing has suggested up to a foot or even more is possible) to the distance of a draw -- a definite advantage in a sport where games are won and lost by small fractions of an inch.
