  • This is actually a really good simple work out, it's to keep your adomanal/stomach area in shape, I've done the plank, It's really good and it works. Thank you for this video. Iv'e been looking for a good new simple routen do do everyday along with my "healthy eating" thing to keep up with my dailly health. Thank you, I found this helpfull and a really great tutorial.
