Hey what program do you use for green screen? Is it something like colour keying for adobe after effects?

No, actually my school has a program called "Visual Communicator" that sets the background for you live. I think, though, what makes the picture quality so good is the exact color of TV green screens. My broadcasting teacher worked at a news station so he knew what color of green paint to use.
