Thumbing my nose at artistes! Produced around 1984 as an entry into an Austin Arts Festival, my intent was to thumb my nose at the hoity-toity artistic sensibilities abounding at the time. I think it succeeds in making the viewer somewhat uncomfortable and frustrated, which was the intent from the beginning. Thanks to Scott Compton for the excellent sound mix (that's actually four tracks of noisy pigs set to a high reverb) - without his expertise, Porker would not have succeeded as well as it did. That was a compliment! This is also a tribute to Kirk Hunter, who was doing some pretty disturbing video art in Austin at the time (and still is).
