Hey we made this great new band, we called us "the arctic monkeys" its a great new sound,a bit like the buzzcocks but not so good, and about 30 years too late....cool!

THE GREATEST PUNK BAND EVER! Thank you for posting this great clip. All the Green Day's and other modern day "punk" bands are not fit to tie Pete Shelley's shoelace.
The Buzzcocks squeezed more melody and energy into one song than most bands can come up with in a career.
Their two most recent albums are a great return to form, by the way!

I remember hearing the Buzzcocks for the first time in 1977 when I was 12. I've always liked them - it was the melody that struck me then and Pete Shelley's voice.
