This is the first of my workout marathon series. I worked out 5 times in one day with 5 different personal trainers. Crazy, but fun!
Relief Finally!!! These shoulder warmups with the Indian Clubs and Serving Tea movements finally eliminated the shoulder pain (in my previosly injured right shoulder) during my workouts and thereafter on rest days.
