We are in full agreement. Unfortunately many people buy into the myth that big government largess is good for us when the exact opposite is true. It is the Wall Street progressives who is making out like bandits on big govt largess through entitlements, govt programs and the WARfare state.

@kmg501 Agreed mostly, for one exception, Capitalism in it's truest uncorrupted form, is as far as I am concerned the best social system ever devised. What America has now is not Capitalism, it is Corporatism. Lower taxes, let the losers fall and winners win, and America will rebound.

Unlike war funding, TARP bailouts, the cost of the MASSIVE Department of Homeland Security, and other Bush/GOP programs, the Democrats didnt deceive the public about the true costs. And this is a program that will actually help people, not corporations, and not help make people dead overseas.
No wonder the Republicans hate it.
