Putting makeup on top don't help, though im a man.. and i dont put make up on im not gay. I am aware of my science, and makeup has a LOT of oil in it, which will just make you get more spots.

@SIJAD4EVER not all products work on all skin types. Neutrogena spot products don't work on me but this one does.
