Love Unspoken--Jeremy Brett

A simple slide show I made in tribute to one of the finest actors the world has known, and an incredible man. He was most famous for his role as Sherlock Holmes from app. 1984 to 1994 (and is arguably the best Holmes ever--he is to me!), but he's played countless other parts that deserve just as much recognition. Above all, he was a beautiful person--to paraphrase Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, "the world was sweeter for his presence."

The song is "Love Unspoken" from The Merry Widow, and Jeremy sang it for a 1968 television production of the same name, in which he played Count Danilo. June Bronhill is the lucky lady singing with him. :) Thanks to the lovely people at http://community.livejournal.com/jeremybrett/ for making it available! You guys are amazing.
