I think it is pretty annoying that you make a documentary about Youtube, and don't release it online.

You should consider letting people download it, with a "pay what you want" model. DRM free would be great too. It discourages piracy, because piracy is often easier than having to deal with DRM.

Will this movie be released outside of theaters at any point (via iTunes, DVD, etc.)? I doubt a lot of people would be able to go out and see this on a Tuesday night.

We're trying, but in the meantime... We really hope you can (there's a few saturday locations, but they are few, we've only seen one in Connecticut). It's a great movie to bring family to to get them to understand youtube better! So maybe if you bring everyone!
