Finding Beginning of a Center-Pull Skein of Yarn

I prefer knitting from the inside of a ball of yarn, rather than the outside. Sometimes, the center of the skein is hard to find, though. I've gotten better at finding it, after years of practice. Just watch my little video to see how to make it work right every time! You start off with a tiny ball of yarn that comes out of the center of the skein...then, it's smooth sailing after that.

Awesome and thank you, when I think of the hours I have wasted making a ball of my yarn skein, you are a miracle worker, and should have your idea patented and it should be placed on every skein of yarn,

It took me 3 pulls on the Bernat Baby Sport 10.5 oz skein , but I GOT IT! Thank you so much! It took me over 2 hrs to roll the last one into a ball from the outside and it was a pain. You should suggest Bernat posts this on their site. They don't have anything (I saw) on there telling you how to find it. I looked.

@ElijahsLittleGirl - So glad my video helped you! This works for any commercial skein of yarn in that shape - not just Bernat yarns.
