Jefferson Community and Technical College (JCTC) is based in downtown Louisville, with four campuses located in surrounding communities. Following the 1997 creation of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, Jefferson Community College and Jefferson Technical College consolidated to become JCTC on July 1, 2005.
The largest of 16 colleges forming the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, JCTC has an extensive workforce program that provides customized development and training for nearly 400 companies, serving 6,000 employees each year. The college offers programs in area correctional facilities and extensive programs via the internet.
Thank you JCC I love coming to school on the downtown campus, I look forward to each semester and what they bring me. I love the campus and how much I've learned from my professors.
