love this video i was just looking on ebay to purchase some frame but now i am going to build my own thanks again

PVC gets brittle in cold weather if its siting alone out in the cold not if its wedged between your bodyheat and the pack itself. I highly dought you'll have problems with cracking unless you leave the PVC frame totaly exposed for a along time

@crazybear357 not just using camo duct tape you could also use different kinds of tape. Meaning having a few wraps or even if the roll fit over the pvp and just have it on the frame and use it when in need. So that it could be use in a backup where tape would work better than trying to find cord or making cord.

man everything you said about the stock alice frame is dead on balls. i gave mine away, to a dude who was like 5'8 or 5'9. I'm 6'1 and with the kidney belt were it needs to be the top of the frame digs into the middle of my shoulders. I wound up going molle. i picked up a medium alice at a gun show a few weeks ago and actually REFUSED to take the frame. I was going to use this pack frame less but now.....i have other ideas.

Too short for a grown ass man. LOL love it.
Great Idea!! I am going to build this for mine..the only thing I would add is some camo duct tape for some added strength but keeping it flexibility

@crazybear357 Camo tape would look cool but isnt necessary, its plenty strong all by itself!

Thanks for doing this video. I love the alice pack but hate the frame. This is just the thing I need to build.
