Edward James built a private home, El Castillo, in Xilita and spent 25 years constructing a surrealist concrete and re-bar garden in the jungle at Las Pozas. Seeing Las Pozas is worth a journey.

I went to El Castillo in Xilitla a couple of years ago...it was one of the most beautiful trips I have ever been on...so rich in beauty.
