Jason Altmire voted n favor of spending bills that contained more than 11,000 earmarks for his pet projects including $2 million dollars for a personal library and private office for one of his colleagues after accepting $21,000 in campaign contributions from the congressmen. He even voted against a moratorium on earmarks.
