planned on going to the park with baby preston and letting him run around while i practiced some poi.

ended up him wanting to spin with me.
as well as yell, 'daddy!' the whole time.

i can't help it. it's like my 'real fountain' i tried to show my friend the difference and i had a brain fart just trying to do a real fountain. but those isolated fountains are FTW!!!

i've been kind of getting into that 'slow trippy, geometric' kind of flow.

last weekend i picked up a pair of glow sticks and was kind of lost again.lol.

just how lite they are.

i think i'm going to step back into doing a lot of wraps. i forgot how much easier they are with glow sticks.

i know exactly what you mean. haha happens all the time. which is why i started a poi notebook so i can just look at it and remember all the stuff i know or im trying to learn. anyways, yeah let me know what tricks your workin on and maybe we can do it at the same time. :) where do you live man?
