I am curious about the comments about Ferrari only allowing it for track use, why is it here far from any track.

@KCBCA The car may be street legal, but Ferrari will only allow it for track use. If you buy one of these cars, you do not get to take it home. Ferrari will bring it out to the track of your choice and then take it back until your next track day.

YES IT IS STREET LEGAL, IT HAS small lights on the bottom portion of the back its small look at other youtube vids, and this car is street legal. ive researched about this bad boy, id die if i was just handed the keys LOL

The car in it's "stock" form from Ferrari is not street-legal. Though with a few modifications, the car can be made street-legal, as Edo did.

its quite peculiar how ferrari dont install spoilers on their stock production cars (599 612 430).. i guess they think it "spoils" the car

All of those cars that you listed do in fact have spoilers, they are just tiny little "lips" on the end of the trunk deck. Some cars don't need as much downforce, this one clearly does.
