The romulans have always been interesting villains. They are not stupid and short sighted like the klingons. They wait until the right time to strike. At the same time they can be cowardly at times when they should move. :) The federation is still the best. Excellent tactics, brains and agression at the right times. :) Not to mention clever cunning when fooling and tricking enemies.

@Anthaon I agree, I got my hands on it just recently and it simply rocks. Back then the programmers payed attention to detail. However, it requires some training until you can command your ship fluently... and, of course, Legacy uses all phaserbanks/weapon batteries a ships got, which unfortunately is not the case with BC.
