BAD (NO GOOD) LANDLORDS

This is about a landlords house which he did not care if it flooded or the bathroom had a crack in it which it had none before and then after flood it was 1/2 width. in one week, then recluse spiders came out and bit my fiance and she had a bubble with poison in it in her side which he knew about also, but, what i want to know is there any good lawyers whom would take a case like this cause the spider that bit her was next to my first kid which is only 5 months at the time. so is there?

He also has people working on the appt. beside mine. They have been using MY water and electricity without my permission. He told my husband the other day that he was going to pay the water bill. What the heck? What happened to ASKING permission? He thinks he owns everything in this house! Next time, I'm calling the police! This idiot doesn't call, or anything...he just shows up! I hope nobody else has to go through this crap!

He also came inside my home while I was in the shower...NAKED...and brought some crackhead off the street he hired to "make a repair on a light." He simply showed up, broke in, and came into my home. He opened my bathroom door to tell me Hi...I guess. WTF? He then left with the crackhead, and left my front door wide open for anyone to come in! This cannot be legal!

My landlord is a joke, too!  My rent wasn't due or late. I was not being evicted or anything like that. I was sleeping during the day because I worked midnights. The landlord DID NOT call or anything. He just showed up at my door and I was awakened by hearing him INSIDE my bathroom with ANOTHER man! "Working" on my toilet...

thank god i am not hte only one with a WONNNDERFUL landlord. ha ha ye right. i'll be so glad to yruly find one great attorney that will help us get our money back from these not good landlords. i feel for ya hun i do. so what has happened to you in the past 2 yrs? i pray to have money to move soon. sick of living with black mold in the walls.
