3rd part of the Killer's 3rd appearance on Ralph Emery's "Nashville Now", Oct. 3rd, 1985. Jerry Lee sings "Why You Been Gone So Long".
Other guests include T.G. Sheppard, Doug Swander, Andy Andrews and Tom Grant.
I hope someone will release all of the Killer's performances on Ralph Emery's "Pop Goes Country" and "Nashville Now", he was on there every couple of years between the early 1970s and 90s.

  • All that setup for that punchline?

  • Great killer performance.

  • dam,tear it up killer

  • The Killer really makes the songs his own, and because it wasn't in the credits, I need to mention that Mickey Newbury wrote the song.

  • @AndrewJBoyer If you're talking about the comedian beside Jerry, no - he's not on True Blood. He hasn't been much of anywhere since TNN stopped their country music programming. He was one of their favorite comedians they liked to feature every now and then on the variety shows like this. He was pretty funny too. I noticed he wasn't nervous sitting beside the Killer, like most people are.

  • isnt that blonde (not jerry), from true blood?

  • The Killer

  • the Killer rules

  • 5 stars.
