Ok here we go with the second part of this RP155 video demo. I played a few presets, sometimes the same preset and riff with a Strat and a Les Paul to stress out that the unti although it is quite affordable will not mask the sound of the guitar.....I also concentrated on classic tones and left the fancy presets to other contributors

  • Really really like your demo and the professional way you delivered it. You went to a lot of trouble, anyone can see that. I got a Line 6 UX2 and wish Id got this kit now.. There are endless registrations and irritations with it. Check out some of my demos if you get time. Wish I had that accoustic sound on the UX2 !!

The 8 dislikes are obviously 8 guitarist who 'know' they could have done better lol. Aah guitarists.

  • @arfurlife laughing...thx for your comment...yes being on a public platform you do have to be prepared that people like you or dislike you...disliking is ok for me - I could be anything and I believe it is not meant personally. I always try to make the product stand in front of me.

  • Great demo, Bro! I'm going to buy that pedal soon. I like the sounds and as I see it makes difference what guitar you use. That's a good thing. Can RP155 be used as an audio interface with amp modeling software like Amplitube or Guitar Rig?

  • @MrDirt86 I do not use those platforms but I do use Logic and Cubase...so I am pretty positive it works with Amplitube and GuitarRig. Check out the platform and the drivers this should give you the answer

  • Digitech RP 155 and RP 90 have the same price. Which one is better?

  • @pramkriuk RP155...you get more you have USB and it is made off metal

  • I got my RP155 yesterday and I can't believe how good it sounds. It's better than a Zoom G1 I had some time ago and way better that muddy sounding Line6 Pocket POD I had too. I was using stompboxes for past 3 years and I think that I'm going to sell them. The modeling in RP155 is fantastic for it's price. Now I need to install Windows (I'm a Linux user) to install X-Edit. My decision to buy this unit was based mostly on your great demos. Thanks! :D

  • @beakf1 I do my videos so they pretty much match what you get with the product...of course the video platform adds some compression and limited bandwidth but it is pretty much how the products sound....no post production or expensive things behind the curtains

  • @beakf1 yes it does

  • @beakf1 it is a built in looper which gives you 20 seconds of recording time....which means the first take sets the length of the loop then you can overdub as many times as you like. I do use proper cables and when I record I do not sit close to a TV or light bulbs...through this I do not need noise supressors

  • @afas1995 any passive vomepedal based on a mono instrument jack connection which has 250kOhms will work
